AI that solves real restaurant operating problems
We built ROSsuite for restaurants, and we apply the same approach to your business: start with the problem, prove the value, then scale.
Our product
ROSsuite
Simplified restaurant management
ROSsuite is a restaurant operating system that connects guest ordering, staff ordering, the kitchen display and the manager dashboard in real time. It is built to grow from a single kitchen to multiple locations.
ROSsuite started with restaurant teams running service on paper tickets, phone orders and end-of-night texts. We built the system of record first, because AI is only as good as the data and workflow underneath it. Then we looked for the places where AI earns its keep.
The scenarios below are illustrative. They describe the kinds of teams ROSsuite serves and the problems we see most often.

Use Case 01
Running two restaurants without being in two places
Owner-operator · Casual dining, two locations
The situation
The owner opened a second location and now splits the week between them. Orders come in from servers, the counter and the phone. Each location runs a little differently, and the owner only learns what happened from end-of-night texts.
What changes with ROSsuite
- Guests order from the table without creating an account
- Staff orders and guest orders flow to one live kitchen queue
- The manager dashboard shows both locations from anywhere
- Data stays in sync in real time across every screen
Where AI fits
- RoadmapForecast busy periods by location to guide staffing and prep
- RoadmapHighlight which menu items drive profit and which slow the kitchen
- RoadmapSend the owner a short end-of-day summary for each location
The outcome
Both locations run on the same system and the same playbook. The owner manages by exception instead of by phone.
Use Case 02
Keeping the kitchen ahead of the rush
Kitchen manager · High-volume brunch restaurant
The situation
Weekend service doubles in an hour. Paper tickets get lost, items are fired out of order, and the pass becomes the bottleneck. The kitchen manager spends the rush expediting instead of leading the team.
What changes with ROSsuite
- A live kitchen display replaces paper tickets
- Orders from guests and staff arrive in one queue, in order
- Managers open and control the kitchen view from their own sign-in
Where AI fits
- RoadmapPredict kitchen load 30 minutes ahead from incoming orders
- RoadmapSuggest ticket pacing so courses land together
- RoadmapPrompt prep and reorder lists based on what actually sold
The outcome
The kitchen sees the rush coming. Tickets move in order, food leaves the pass on time, and the manager gets back to running the line.
Our approach
How we apply AI, in our products and yours
System of record first
AI is only as good as the data under it. We fix the workflow and the data before we automate anything.
Start with one problem
We pick the use case with the clearest value and prove it before expanding.
Responsible by design
Privacy, security and accountability are built in from day one, aligned with Canadian requirements such as PIPEDA.
Built for your team to own
Tools your people can run and improve without us in the room.
