As Operations Strategy Lead, Basil works alongside owners and leadership teams to map how work really gets done, find where AI will pay off first, and turn that into a plan the business can run.

Basil is currently Senior Manager, Deployment and Field Operations at BinSentry (opens in a new tab), where his focus is on strategic operational efforts: taking technology out of the plan and into everyday use, and keeping it working for the people who rely on it.

That hands-on view of implementation shapes how Hubris Consult works. Strategy only matters if it holds up in day-to-day operations, which is why every engagement runs from the first assessment through to post-implementation support.

Kennedy Mbano is Technical Strategy Lead at Hubris Consult. He helps clients make sound technology decisions: what to build or buy, how AI fits with the systems they already run, and how to get the most from the vendors they work with.

Kennedy brings a decade of experience across software engineering, technical and tactical advisory, and vendor negotiation. He is currently a Senior Programming Analyst at Ontario Health atHome.
